At Lily Rose Candles Co., we are committed to delivering your handcrafted beeswax candles infused with essential oils in the most efficient and cost-effective manner possible. We charge a flat rate of £3.99 for UK shipping. International shipping is currently unavailable. We use eco-friendly packaging materials to protect your candles during transit. Please allow 2-3 business days for your order to be processed and dispatched. You will receive a tracking number once your order has been shipped.
Return & Exchange policy.
At Lily Rose Candles Co., we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order to arrange a return or exchange. We only accept returns on unused and undamaged products. The customer is responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the item is faulty or damaged. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 14 days of receiving the returned item.
